A few notes:

The process takes between 35-45 minutes; however, your reservation will be for one full hour!

Candles will be ready for pick-up 2 hours after being poured, as they take a bit to cure. Feel free to enjoy one of our neighboring shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries and coffee shops while you wait! Or, pop back in anytime in the following 30 days.

Guests under 16 years of age must have an adult present for the duration of the Candle Lab experience.

Please arrive at your designated reservation time. We are unable to guarantee reservations after 15 minutes past the determined start time.

Finally, reservations are not required, but are recommended in order to make sure you get your buns in the Candle Lab!
